The meditation and journal prompts! I love how the two live meditations were perfectly fitting. It is such a unique and special experience meditating live with a group of like minded people--you can feel the supportive energy.

I love that I always learn something new! Madds is also so understanding and patient with questions. She takes the time to explain something if we dont understand. You can tell she is having just as much fun as us & she is very present!

I loved it all. But I mostly loved how comfortable I felt. The vibe just felt instantly welcoming. I also have a huge problem with my attention span and I tend to get bored easily and I truly was sucked in the whole time. I wasn’t bored once. The meditations were so good and it was just Madds talking no background music or anything and it was so great I felt so relaxed and in the present moment. I loved it and I want to do another one if it is offered again. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Madds creates an extremely welcoming environment and is able to effortlessly share her insights in such a “human” way. It’s quite refreshing to not feel obligated to put an instructor on any sort or pedestal and to simply be appreciated for showing up and finding out how things resonate for yourself.
